Refunds & fulfillment

How we deliver digital products and handle refund requests.

These products and services are offered by Vize Vinci LLC, doing business as Digital Toolkit X. The fulfillment and refund practices below apply to purchases made through this site.

Fulfillment

Digital Toolkit X products are delivered electronically (for example via download links, access to hosted materials, or email). After a successful purchase, you should receive access instructions at the email address you provided. If you do not see them within a reasonable time, check spam folders and contact support with your order details.

Refunds

Because products are digital and delivered instantly or shortly after purchase, all sales are generally final once access has been granted or files have been delivered. We may make exceptions when required by law or when there was a technical failure on our side that prevented access.

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, contact us through the Contact page within fourteen (14) days of purchase and include your receipt or transaction reference. We will review and respond within a few business days.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank before contacting us, we may be unable to resolve delivery issues as quickly. We encourage reaching out to support first.
